Repairs in your home during COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - reminder
We are still focussing on emergency and urgent repairs inside homes, and communal repairs. Most non-urgent repairs inside homes are on hold. If we do need to make a repair visit, our team will use personal protective equipment (PPE) and anti-bacterial sanitisers. We may ask you to follow safety measures such as staying in a separate room when we visit.
We’ll also check whether anyone living there is unwell, has knowingly come into contact with anybody that has the virus or is following the Government’s shielding guidelines. If there’s an increased risk, we’ll only visit if it’s an absolute emergency. These temporary changes will help keep you and our team safe - thank you for understanding.
