Repairs update: weather and storm damage 21 February

Weather update

The Met Office issued a yellow / amber warning for London and across the country earlier today.

Repairs update

Over the weekend our operatives dealt with emergency repairs to roofing, water tanks and fencing and also removed debris following Storm Eunice which affected the country over the weekend.

Since Friday we have had over 200 fencing repair requests, ranging from securing posts to replacing panels. Unless there is an imminent threat to a person’s health or safety, all fence repairs will be treated as a non-urgent repair and we will work to repair these methodically and in line with our target times for repairs.

For the majority of the repairs, our operatives are working as normal today. However, our groundworks and roofers are still responding to emergencies and are now dealing with any impacts caused by Storm Franklin.

As a result, some scheduled appointments for today and the coming days may have to be rearranged. If this is the case residents will be notified in advance.

We thank residents in advance for their patience.
