Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) are committed to their HOME values of being a good landlord by providing safe homes and promoting successful communities where residents feel happy and secure.
To help achieve this, a project team consisting of colleagues across SHP’s departments collaborated with each department required to provide a revised standard, Sutton Council, board members and resident groups to create an updated list of ‘Service Standards’.
The Service Standards covers the full range of housing management services which SHP delivers on behalf of the Council and its tenants and leaseholders; including home ownership, antisocial behaviour, independent living and repairs, alongside the team’s overall purpose.
Each standard will be regularly reviewed so residents can know what to expect when requiring any of our services.
This follows the recent news of SHP having their year 1 assessment of Customer Service Excellence accreditation confirmed for another year - recognising the hard work being done to improve all aspects of service delivery.
