Sign up for your new online customer account

image of online account portal

On Monday 21 March, we sent an email to residents requesting that they re-register on our new online customer account system - SHPortal.

The new system - SHPortal - will give all tenants and leaseholders tools to manage your housing needs at any time of the day or night.

It will be easier to access and allow for future features to be introduced, for example, viewing your rent account or previous repair history.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the registration process and residents were unable to log in. We have been working hard to address the issue, which has now been resolved.

We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. Please try to log in again using the instructions below.

How to register

Registration requires three steps:

  1. Go to SHPortal

  2. Enter your details including your person reference (you can find this on a recent rent statement).

  3. Receive an email confirmation and login to use your new SHPortal account.

We have also included a step-by-step guide on how to register.

Older versions of the iPhone

If you have an older version of an iPhone and experience difficulties registering using that, you may find it easier to register on another device.

You can use computers for free at any Sutton library.

Major Works Revenue (MWR) accounts

At present, information about MWR accounts is not available through the portal. Leaseholders can get the up to date position on their accounts and statements from the Home Ownership team. Please call 020 8915 2020 or email homeownership@suttonhousingpartnership.org.uk.

If you need help

If you have any queries or difficulties with registering and/or logging into the new portal please email customercare@suttonhousingpartnership.org.uk.
