Section 20 consultation for leaseholders
We have sent Section 20 consultation letters advising leaseholders that we intend to go to the market for contractors to carry out work to our buildings when needed.
The consultation period ends on Sunday 17 January 2021. However, some leaseholders may have experienced delays with the post and received the letters late.
Therefore, we will consider and respond to all comments including any that we receive after the consultation date.
