SHP comes top out of all London Councils for Tenant Satisfaction!

We are pleased to announce that SHP has come first compared to other London housing providers when measuring overall tenant satisfaction. The London Housing Directors’ Group commissioned Housemark to carry out a review of performance of London Council’s against Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) ahead of them coming into force in 2023/24.  This provides an early comparison of where SHP sits in comparison to other areas across London.

In comparison to other London providers, SHP came first measuring overall tenant satisfaction.  At the end of 2022/23, overall tenant satisfaction was 71% and reflects the work of our teams across SHP. 

The Performance Committee, who meet quarterly to discuss and scrutinise SHP’s performance, met on Wednesday 24th May where this positive news was conveyed. The Committee members congratulated all staff at SHP on this achievement that show how hard staff are working to provide a good service to our tenants.   

The satisfaction measures focus on the tenant voice and are very important in measuring SHP's performance against others. They will also be used by the Regulator to decide who should be inspected.
