Sutton Community Awards 2023

At Sutton Housing Partnership we work closely with residents in neighbourhoods and communities to make sure we listen to the tenant voice. Our aim is to co-produce with residents improvement initiatives which are designed to improve health and wellbeing, promote financial inclusion and make Sutton a better place to live. The Sutton Community Awards are a chance to recognise and celebrate these important contributions from our residents and we are delighted to support them. The awards honour the passion, resilience, and commitment displayed by individuals and groups who go above and beyond to make a difference within their communities.

Sutton Community Awards will be hosted in partnership with the Council, Community Action Sutton, Sutton Housing Partnership and Volunteer Centre Sutton,  to celebrate the individuals, volunteers and community groups that have made an exceptional contribution to making Sutton a better place to live, work and raise a family.

To ensure that we recognise a range of outstanding residents, awards are given for eleven categories. Shortlisted nominees in each category will be approached to tell their story virtually and this will be shared as part of a digital campaign. The judging panel will then deliberate and winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in October 2023.

Nominations for the 2023 awards will close at midnight on Sunday 3 September 2023. To make a submission, please fill out the nomination form, for any guidance or advice on applying please check the submission guidance page.
