Sutton Gate
Our Sutton Gate office will be closed on the bank holidays over the festive period, with reduced hours of operation on some other days.
This means that the offices will be closed on Monday 27 December 2021, Tuesday 28 December 2021 and Monday 3 January 2022.
The offices will also close at 3pm on Christmas Eve (Friday 24 December 2021) and at 4pm on New Year's Eve (Friday 31 December 2021), but will be open as usual on all other days during this period.
Emergency repairs
Our out-of-hours repairs service will still operate 24/7 over the festive period, for urgent repairs only, which the team will 'make-safe'.
If you have an urgent repair, please call 020 8915 2000 and you will automatically be diverted to our emergency service.
Domestic abuse
The weekly Sutton Domestic Violence One Stop Shop (opens in new window) will be closed over the Christmas period.
You can still access services in the usual way – call the team on 020 8092 7569 throughout the closure period, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm – with the exception of weekends and bank holidays.

Mental health support
The Sutton Crisis Cafe (opens in new window) will be open throughout the festive period from 6.30-11pm every day for people in mild to moderate mental health crisis. They can be contacted on 0800 012 9082 or email crisiscafe@smhf.org.uk.
