Anti-social behaviour Residents requested a separate workshop to review and feedback on SHP's updated ASB policy.

Points to be considered:
  • Ensure weekly contact visits for victims is managed & recorded
  • Acknowledge all cases and how it makes a victim feel Keep residents informed of all activities and timescales
  • Provide residents with a template and guide - evidence gathering
  • Acknowledge the impact upon victims and provide additional support where required
  • Take action appropriately and in a timely manner (quicker resolution)
