Following completion of the purchase of 526 properties and 116 garages from A2Dominion, MTD Housing have appointed SHP to manage the provision of the housing service on behalf of MTD Housing.

These properties span across Sutton, Kingston, Epsom & Ewell and Merton.

Your Housing Manager

Your Housing manager will carry out regular visits to your estates to provide support with access to local services, assist you with issues relating to anti-social behaviour and general tenancy management.

Payments

We are aware that some residents will be paying their rent and charges by direct debit or standing order. You are able to pay by direct debit on 1, 10, 20 and 28 of the month. Please contact us on 0208 915 2000 to set up your direct debit or visit here for more information.

If your payments have already been collected by A2Dominion, please don’t worry as we are in liaison with them to obtain these.
