We value your feedback and use your comments to improve our services. Please tell us if you feel the service you received should have been better, or if you feel SHP or a member of staff has done something well.

Our Complaints Policy sets out Sutton Housing Partnership’s (SHP’s) approach to resolving complaints. 

We acknowledge that, despite our best intentions, things do sometimes go wrong and we welcome complaints, they help us to both improve the quality and consistency of the services we deliver, and to better understand how our customers view our services.
