Our priority is to keep residents and staff safe during the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. This means some of our services and the ways you can contact us will change. At the moment, it’s important we minimise face-to-face contact and do as much as possible by phone, email or online. Our Community Hubs and drop-in sessions have been suspended for now, as have resident association meetings and events that we were facilitating in communal lounges.
For more information, please check the latest updates on our response.
Your Housing Manager
As an SHP tenant or leaseholder you have a dedicated Housing Manager who can help you with anything from managing your tenancy and rent, to resolving anti-social behaviour or getting support with your budgeting, employment or health and wellbeing.
You can arrange for your Housing Manager to meet you at home, or make an appointment to meet them at one of our Community Hubs or our Sutton Gate office.
To view your Housing Manager's details, select the area you live in on the map or click on the magnifying glass and enter your address.
Community hub drop-in sessions
You can visit one of our hub drop-in sessions if you’d like to speak to a member of our team face to face.
Drop-in sessions are normally attended by the Housing Manager for that area, but may be run by different members of SHP staff depending on availability.
