Your New Online Portal

Access our new portal directly through our website or by downloading the app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How To Register

You will need to register for the new portal when you first use it. It will ask you for your first name, last name and email address as well as allowing you to choose a password. Please note that your password from the old portal will not work here, you will need to create a new, secure one. Once registered, check your inbox for a verification link to activate your account. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

How to Link Your Account

After creating your account, you can link it to your Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) records by entering your payment or person reference number. You can find your payment reference on most correspondence from SHP (such as a rent statement or service charge invoice). If the portal gives you an error message, or you are unable to locate either a payment reference or your person reference, please contact SHP on 020 8915 2000. 

Managing Your Account and Services

Once logged in, you can manage your finances through ‘My Account,’ where you can view your rent or service charge balance and set up Direct Debits. If you have any questions, you can contact us directly through the portal, we aim to respond within five working days, and a record of our response will be saved for your future reference. You can also securely exchange documents via the ‘Message’ area and 'My Hub.' Please note that while you can currently view your property’s repair history, the option to report new repairs is coming soon.
