Residents of Benhill Estate are invited to join us for our Community Action Day on Thursday, 20 August 2026, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

This year, Sutton Housing Partnership is introducing a new approach through our Power of Partnership model, bringing a range of essential services, advice, and family-friendly activities directly to the estate.

Whether you have a repair to report, want to ask a question, or simply meet the Sutton Housing Partnership team and our partner organisations, we'd love to see you. There will also be plenty of fun activities for children throughout the day.

Services Available

Residents will be able to access a range of support and advice, including:

• Blood pressure checks

• Family Hubs and Children's Centres

• Cost of Living team

• Library and Heritage Services 

• Everyone Active

• Oral Health

• Repairs and Housing Support

• Join the Community Walkabout

Take part in a Community Walkabout with Housing Manager Hilda Wood at 10:30am. 

This is an opportunity to highlight issues and suggest improvements, including:

• Fly-tipping and abandoned vehicles

• Anti-social behaviour and crime-related concerns

• Minor estate and highways improvements
