Residents of Chaucer Estate are invited to join us for our Community Action Day on Thursday, 30 July 2026, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

This year, Sutton Housing Partnership is introducing a new approach through our Power of Partnership model, bringing a range of essential services, advice, and family-friendly activities directly to the estate.

Whether you have a repair to report, want to ask a question, or simply meet the Sutton Housing Partnership team and our partner organisations, we'd love to see you. There will also be plenty of fun activities for children throughout the day.

Services Available

Residents will be able to access a range of support and advice, including:

• Blood pressure checks

• Family Hubs and Children's Centres

• Cost of Living support

• Everyone Active

• Repairs and Housing Support

• Report repairs

• Speak with our housing team

• Get advice and support

• Find out more about the services available to you

• Join the Community Walkabout

Take part in a Community Walkabout with Housing Manager Emmanuel Olukotun at 10:30am. Meet at the Sutton Housing Partnership branded gazebo before setting off around the estate.

This is an opportunity to highlight issues and suggest improvements, including:

• Fly-tipping and abandoned vehicles

• Anti-social behaviour and crime-related concerns

• Minor estate and highways improvements

We look forward to welcoming residents for a day of support, partnership and community spirit.
