Chaucer Fun Day
On Thursday 28 August, the Sutton Housing Partnerships Assets Team, along with Housing Manager Emmanuel Olukotun, hosted a successful Fun Day for residents of the Chaucer Estate at Chaucer Gardens.
Residents had a fantastic time enjoying a buffet lunch, face painting, an inflatable dart board, and a play area. A DJ kept the energy high with music throughout the day. The event also provided a great opportunity for residents to engage with several key local organisations, including the London Fire Brigade Sutton Red Watch, Sutton United FC, Fighting Fit Karate Club, and EveryoneActive.
A highlight of the day was the Chaucer’s Got Talent competition, where winners could win various prizes, including vouchers, a karaoke machine and much more! Children took to the stage to showcase a variety of skills, from singing and dancing to gymnastics!
The Fun Day was a success, a big thank you to everyone who came and made it a memorable day.
