Rosehill Court End of Works Celebration

Celebration event to mark end of major works at Rosehill Court.

On Thursday 25 September, we held a special event to mark nearing the end of the £2.5 million, year-long improvement scheme at Rosehill Court that started in September 2024.

The 56 homes in Rosehill Court have received new windows and doors, refreshed balconies, damp and mould treatments, external repairs and repainting of the fascia of the building and comprehensive roof repairs.

The car park has also had a revamp with widened parking bays and an additional disabled parking space.

Guests gathered to mark the occasion by unveiling new estate signage that features handprints of children from Rosehill Court, to form the tree in the Sutton Housing Partnership logo, and the planting of a tree by The Worshipful the Mayor of the London Borough of Sutton  Councillor Louise Phelan.

Thank you to all the residents of Rosehill Court, Vincentia Pratt, lead for the Rosehill Court Resident Action Group (RAG), Sutton Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (SFTRA) and of course Axis Europe, who have managed the project and delivered these improvements on behalf of SHP.

SHP would like to say a special thank you to all residents at Rosehill Court for their cooperation, patience and support during the past year while works have taken place.
