We're excited to announce that Sutton Housing Partnership will be holding an Estate Action Day on Sutton Court and Beauclere House on Tuesday 7 October 2025.

We want to be present in your community, hear directly from you, and work together to make Sutton Court and Beauclere House an even better place to live.

For Sutton Court residents, a Community Walkabout is scheduled for 11:00am. Please meet us at the centre of the estate in between both Sutton Court blocks by the green area. For Beauclere House, a Community Walkabout is scheduled for 2:00pm. Please meet us downstairs by the lobby area by the lifts, our presence will serve as the designated meeting point.

This is an opportunity for you to walk alongside your Housing Manager and fellow residents to identify areas that could be improved. Your input is invaluable in helping us address concerns such as:

• Minor estate improvements

• Anti-social behaviour or crime-related issues

• Highways concerns, including abandoned vehicles

• Fly-tipping

Following the walkabout, our Estate Action Day will run from 09:00am to 16:00 pm . During this time, representatives from our Repairs Team and Surveyors will be on site to attend properties and assess any issues you may be experiencing.

This is your chance to share your feedback, raise any problems, and work directly with us and other residents to improve your estate.
