Request a parking permit

We operate parking permit schemes on:

  • Benhill Estate

  • Beauclere House & Brighton Road

  • Langcroft Close

  • Sutton Court on Brighton Road

  • Farnham Court

 

 

UK Parking Control (UKPC) manage parking on these schemes. Exisiting permit holders can appeal a parking ticket decision online with UKPC or contact them directly for any other parking permit related queries.  . 

 

New or replacement parking permits

 

Request it

Each Tenant or Leaseholder can access 2 permits and 1 visitor permit. 

Permits are issued at the discretion of the Housing Manager.

We will take back parking permits from a resident if they are abusing their use. If there are existing permits issued against the property we may not issue any further permit

We'll need to know:

  • vehicle registration

  • vehicle make

  • vehicle model

We also need to know if it is a request for a new, replacement permit.

We’ll review your request and contact you to take payment over the phone and arrange a meeting.

We only accept payment by debit card or credit card.

 

Get it

When we meet we’ll need to see:

  • original V5 certificate

  • proof of residency

  • motor insurance

We won't issue permits without seeing these documents.

 

Things to keep in mind
  • if you have rent arrears we may refuse your request.

  • UKPC enforce parking on our scheme, and administer fines.

  • if you do not have a valid permit or it's not visible you will receive a parking ticket.

  • complaints or disputres about parking tickets should be taken up with UKPC.

  • we will take back parking permits from a resident if they are abusing their use.

  • if you're the sub-tennant of a leaseholder your landlord needs to request the permit.
