Customer Resolutions Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Customer Resolutions Coordinator to ensure that residents receive a high quality, quick and customer-focussed resolution following a complaint about the services delivered and to identify opportunities to use the learning and insight from complaints to enable continuous improvement to all SHP services.
Salary: £27,265 to £30,745 per annum
Contract: Permanent - Full Time (36 hours)

People and Places Lead
We need an ambitious and inspirational leader to join SHP to support our three year transformation programme; inspire colleagues with their passion for social housing and customer service excellence. The right candidate will have a proven track record of achievement at senior level in social housing, desirable to be a member of a relevant professional body such as Chartered Institute of Housing and will be able to forge strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for our residents.
Salary: £54,695 - £63,181 per annum

Community Development Officer
The roles are based within our People and Places Team and based at our head offices in Sutton. Our purpose is to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure. We aim to do this by offering excellent customer service and having a reputation for excellence as well as offering value for money and providing quality homes in secure and safe neighbourhoods. You will work in a small team of two providing community development support for SHP’s residents and supporting our Housing Managers in delivering effective community engagement.
Salary: £25,723 - £30,745 per annum
1 x Full Time (36 hours per week)
1 x Part Time (18 hours per week)
Both contracts are 9 months fixed term
