You would like to see more health and wellbeing activities at community hubs

We’re now talking to partners about how we can bring their activities to our hubs. 

We are about to pilot a project at one of our Independent Living schemes that will help older residents get more active. If this is a success, we’ll look at how it can be expanded. 

You would like more information about what the Independent Living service includes, especially around TV licensing.

We sent an update letter and an FAQ booklet to everyone who receives the Independent Living service.

The current Good Neighbour Agreement is too long. It should be more focused and residents should be involved in updating it.

We’re reviewing the agreement. Suggestions from the boot camp have been noted for consideration in the review.

You would like to be able to contact your Housing Manager directly, and have more face to face contact.

You can now find your Housing Managers’ direct contact details here. These are also being advertised on hubs and on community noticeboards, and we hope more residents will take advantage of this new way to contact us.

You can arrange to meet your Housing Manager at home, at our Sutton Gate office or in one of our community hubs. Check our hub drop-in times.

The repairs desk should be a permanent feature at boot camps

We agree! There will be a repairs desk at future boot camps, including Saturday 9 September.

We need to do more to tackle untidy gardens and help people who can’t manage.

We’ve added a garden check to our home visit form, and are making more visits through our Every Visit Matters initiative.

We should make better use of the notice boards in the buildings we manage and make sure our contact information is up to date.

We are working to make sure all our notice boards are up to date. We have more than 300 boards so you can help us get this right by emailing customercare@suttonhousingpartnership.org.uk if you see one that’s not right.
