How do I register for an online account? 

To register, you will need your person reference, date of birth and an email address. You will also need to set a password.

How do I find my person reference?

Your person reference can be found at the top of your most recent rent statement or service charge statement.

If you do not have this we can post it to you (for security reasons.) Please contact us if you need this.

I know my person reference number, but the system will not let me register.  What is the issue?

The number you are entering may be wrong or we may not have your date of birth in our system. Please contact us in either instance and we can check.

Why is the password I choose rejected when I try to register? 

To register you need to set a password which is at least 8 characters long, includes upper case and lower case letters, numbers and a special character such as a $ sign or ? sign. Setting a password like this improves the security of your account.

I have forgotten my password, how can I re-set it?

You can reset your password by following the instructions.

I have locked myself out of my account – what do I need to do to get back in? 

Please contact us and ask us to unlock your account. Please ensure you provide your name and address when making contact. We will unlock your account and send you an e-mail enabling you to create a new password.

How do I change the email address connected to my online account?

Please contact us if you need to change the email address that you use to log into your account. 

How do I delete my online account?

To delete your account please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
